Our Duties:

Run Condominium Corporation on behalf of owners--we represent you the owners. As an entity, we are responsible for making all major decisions regarding the maintenance of buildings and grounds, condominium corporation finances, and must uphold and enforce the Condominium Act and our bylaws.
To work with owners to maintain and improve the grounds and buildings in the Bisset Bay complex.
To plan and oversee the fiscal health of the corporation and to be responsible for hiring a management company to carry out the tasks associated with their duties and day-to-day work.
To address residents' legitimate complaints, make sure that their needs and rights are respected, and that they can enjoy their units peacefully, as per the Condominium Act and our Bylaws.
To work with owners and periodically change/adjust our bylaws as needed
The Bisset Bay Board must protect all personal and private information entrusted to them on behalf of the owners.

Good Communications

To communicate with owners and residents on a regular basis, explain our decisions and openly discuss problems and solutions. The Bisset Bay Board have always had a policy of transparency and truthfulness.

Respect, Dignity and Fairness

Board members will treat all owners with respect, dignity and fairness.
The Bisset Bay Board will respect all condominium corporation finances, assets, and owners' monies.

The board is entrusted to use and care for owners' resources responsibly, for both the short term and long term.

Excellence in the design and delivery of Bisset Bay's day to day operations are key to the corporation. Engagement, collaboration and effective teamwork are all essential to a safe, well maintained and fiscally responsible complex.
